        JAMBI  - Guna melengkapi berkas kasus dugaan korupsi Rp72 miliar di PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPV) VI, Subdit III Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Ditreskrimsus) Polda Jambi kembali melakukan pemeriksaan sanksi. Saksi tersebut akan dimintai keterangannya terkait kasus korupsi yang menjerat mantan Dirut PTPN VI, Iskandar Sulaiman. Keterangan tersebut untuk melengkapi berkas yang saat ini sudah dilimpahkan ke Kejaksaan. Dikatakan Dirkrimsus Polda Jambi, Kombes Pol Cristian Tory, proses penyidikan dugaan kasus korupsi di perusahaan plat merah itu masih berlanjut. Namun saat ini baru satu orang yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka, yaitu pria berinisial IS. The Governor of Jambi Facilitates the Return of Jambi Citizens from Sudan 

SERUTV.COM - On Tuesday, 2nd May 2023, 19 Jambi citizens who were evacuated from Sudan arrived in Jambi from Jakarta. Governor Al Haris stated that all expenses for the homecoming of the student evacuees will be covered by the government.

Al Haris expressed his gratitude that no Jambi citizens were victims of the civil conflict in Sudan.

"The students returned to Jambi from Sudan and we will welcome them today at the airport. The Jambi provincial government is grateful that none of our citizens were casualties," said Al Haris to the media after the Hardiknas ceremony outside the Jambi governor's office.

"They also stayed at the Mess Jambi in Jakarta. We facilitated their transportation expenses back to their respective regions from Jakarta to Jambi," added Al Haris.

The Head of Administration Bureau of Jambi Provincial Government, Edy Kusmiran, confirmed that 19 college students arrived in Jambi today.

"Yes, 19 college students arrived in Jambi today. 18 individuals are estimated to arrive at Jambi airport around 10 am, while one individual will arrive using a super jet plane in the afternoon. The one individual has a separate ticket from the other 18," said Edy Kusmiran.

Edy Kusmiran further stated that 15 individuals were welcomed by their families at the airport, while four individuals were facilitated by the governor's office to return to their respective hometowns in Merangin and Tebo.

"In addition, today, one Jambi citizen arrived in Jakarta from Jeddah. Tomorrow, they will return to Jambi via Lubuk Linggau airport, which is close to Sarolangun. The Governor has requested the Regent of Sarolangun to welcome them at the airport," added Edy Kusmiran.

So far, there are 28 Jambi college students pursuing their undergraduate and graduate degrees in Sudan. Meanwhile, the Indonesian government is currently attempting to evacuate Indonesian citizens from Sudan to return to Indonesia and avoid getting involved in the conflict. (esa)
